Yes — JetBlack direct-drive trainers support 12×142 and (on most models) 12×148 Boost thru-axle with their adapters, plus 130/135 quick-release. Check each model’s page for whether the adapter is included or sold separately.

Across the JetBlack range you can fit Zwift Cog (virtual shifting), Shimano/SRAM HG (HyperGlide), SRAM XDR Driver Body, Campagnolo and SRAM XD Driver Body. The body that ships on the trainer is usually Shimano/SRAM HG; the others are sold separately.
