How to read the result

Drops straight in = the trainer supports your axle and a freehub body for your cassette out of the box. Fits with parts = you need an adapter, a different freehub body, or a spacer first. Not supported = the axle or freehub can’t be made to fit.

Frequently asked questions

Look at your cassette: Shimano/SRAM 8–11-speed sits on an HG body; a SRAM cassette with a 10-tooth smallest cog and no lockring is XD (MTB) or XDR (road); a Shimano 12-speed MTB cassette is Micro Spline; a Campagnolo cassette uses a Campagnolo body. If unsure, your bike or wheel spec sheet lists the freehub standard.
