Does the Elite Tuo come with a cassette?

No — being wheel-on, it spins against your existing rear wheel and cassette.

Is the Elite Tuo compatible with SRAM XD or XDR drivetrains?

The Elite Tuo does not offer a SRAM XD/XDR freehub body, so SRAM 1×12 (XD) or SRAM road (XDR) cassettes are not supported.

Does the Elite Tuo support Campagnolo?
