Smart trainers that take a Campagnolo freehub

The split is by manufacturer, not by price: Tacx offers a Campagnolo body across its entire direct-drive range and Elite across nearly all of it, while Zwift, Saris, Van Rysel, Magene, Kinetic and Xplova offer none at all. No current Wahoo direct-drive trainer supports Campagnolo either — only the discontinued first-generation KICKR CORE did. 8 current models can take one today.

Why it is never included
Manufacturers ship the body that fits most drivetrains, which is Shimano/SRAM HG. Campagnolo's 9-to-12-speed cassettes use a different spline pattern that no HG body accepts, so there is no adapter or spacer workaround — you buy the trainer's own Campagnolo freehub and swap it, which takes a cassette tool and a few minutes. Check availability before buying the trainer: a body that is out of production is the one thing that cannot be worked around.
